The attention at Viaggio Country City was good, just a bit slow. They have a great breakfast with more options than expected. The apartment was well equipped for cooking. We had to borrow some items from the hotel. The location is convenient, close to shopping and nightlife. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. the value for money is exceptional - you get so much for the price you pay. Secondly, the location is fantastic, being close to Bogota's main tourist area. And finally, the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and attentive. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

All in all, everything was absolutely fine during my stay.

Great location close to shopping and nightlife. the spacious apartment had everything we needed for our romantic escape, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy bed. We appreciated the hot breakfast selection and the friendly staff who made us feel welcome.

Soundproofing was terrible, making it difficult to sleep with noise from the staircase and outside. the lack of an elevator was challenging, especially when carrying luggage.

It is located close to Bogota's main tourist area, just a block away from Zona Rosa, which is filled with wonderful restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that your stay is comfortable. The rooms come with all the necessary facilities, making it convenient for guests. Additionally, the breakfast served here is delicious, with a variety of fresh fruit and a fantastic cup of coffee.

There were a few things that were not quite up to par. Housekeeping did not restock towels without being asked, and they only took out the trash.
